| Production of Parts Using CNC -Milling |

In the manufacturing premises amounting to over 1,000 m2 there are 35 newer model CNC milling processing centres.... The maximum specimen size is 1,500 mm x 660 mm, and the specimens are mostly medium to highly complex. Materials used to manufacture parts are mostly aluminium, almost 75% of all manufactured parts, because due to the machinery and equipment used, we are best equipped for manufacturing high-precision parts from aluminium, but we also manufacture parts from plastic, stainless steel, brass, various steels, copper, etc. Of the already mentioned 35, special emphasis is given to 6 HERMLE 5-axis CNC milling processing centres with 3D milling ability. All machinery is networked, and programming is carried out directly on the machines, or using MASTERCAM and ESPRIT CAD software, which significantly reduces preparation time, especially if we have access to the specimen CAD blueprint. The CNC milling processing centres come from various manufacturers: HERMLE, OKUMA, MAZAK, MIKRON, HURCO, VEMAS, BRIDGEPORT, while the complete list of machines can be found here or downloaded in PDF here
